Daniel I. Miller has been practicing law in Virginia for more than 18 years. He has litigated family law matters in every court in Hampton Roads. He has vast experience in divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, separation agreement negotiations, and asset distribution. Mr. Miller is a five-time Virginia state chess champion and is ranked in the top 400 players in the country. He uses the tactical and strategic skills he learned from chess to fight for his clients.
